Wednesday, May 1st, Student Sports Physicals will be FREE ON THIS DAY ONLY!!
ANY student in grades 5-11 contemplating playing any sort of sport next year should absolutely take this opportunity to get this task done and out of the way!
Forms can be picked up in the office today (preferably turned in tomorrow.) We understand it is short notice, but it must be filled out by a parent before they get their physical on Wednesday.

In preparation for the Living Museum People of Kansas, one of the 4th graders, Callie Killman, got to have a live interview with Lynette Woodard. Lynette was a 4-time basketball All-American at KU and 2-time Olympic Gold medalist for team USA. If you want to know more about Lynette and her achievements, come to the Living Museum May 14 in the Main gym!

This morning, 8th through 11th grade students got to hear from several departments at Cowley College. They rotated through opportunities to hear from Criminal Justice, the many areas of Career and Tech Ed, Nursing, Education and Cosmetology. This event sparked a lot of questions about student future's and a great time was had by all! Many Dexter students earn college credits while attending high school and this morning's activity helped show a sample of what Cowley has to offer!
Fyi, the presenter's were extremely impressed with the attentiveness and interest shown by Dexter students!
